Starlings / Preaching to The Masses - 48" x 36" - My largest piece to date.
An impressive 48" x 36" acrylic on cotton canvas it is an abstract depiction of Starlings murmurating with the underlying depiction of Jesus as he is preaching to the masses. Can you see the figure with his outstretched arm, Jesus, depicted in the painting? While painting this piece I followed the leading of the Holy Spirit as to where I was laying my paint strokes. After I completed it this piece was hung in a local professional's office for display, and to our surprise as people came in they kept telling the business owner that they could see Jesus with an outstretched arm. After that, this piece gained it's second title.
Created with high quality Windsor & Newton paint using a palette knife, this piece is full of beautiful color and wonderful texture. Finished with 3 coats of UV resistant conservation varnish this work is meant to last a lifetime.
